Project Overview

Overview

A new café concept launched from an Airstream trailer on the edge of Loch Leven. I led the brand development from concept through to launch, overseeing everything from positioning and identity to the full launch campaign. Working closely with design and PR partners, I delivered packaging, photography, and social content to bring the brand to life in time for its October 2025 opening.

The Brief

The challenge was to create a fresh, modern coffee and food brand from scratch, while aligning with the surroundings of a nature reserve. We needed branding, packaging, launch comms and content ready for launch within a 12 month period.

My Role

Oversaw brand identity and packaging development with external design team.

  1. Coordinated PR and social agency to align on launch messaging.

  2. Produced photography brief and managed on-site content creation.

  3. Planned and executed pre-launch marketing timeline.

The Outcome

Pinkfoot launched in October 2025 with a cohesive brand identity, PR features in [x publications if relevant], and a strong opening weekend. Social content and visuals were delivered for ongoing campaigns.
