As Marketing Manager at Kinross House Estate, I led the rebrand and marketing activities of the Coach House Spa, the estate’s boutique wellness destination set within the historic Coach House Stables on the grounds. The project focused on repositioning the spa as a refined, restorative retreat that complemented the wider Kinross House experience, appealing to both resident guests and members of the public.

My role combined brand strategy, campaign planning, and hands-on delivery, working closely with external partners to create a distinctive identity and compelling narrative for the spa.

The Brief

The Coach House Spa required a full rebrand and relaunch to better reflect the quality of the treatments, facilities, and guest experience. The objective was to create a brand that felt luxurious yet calming, clearly connected to Kinross House while having its own identity, and to increase awareness and bookings through improved digital presence and storytelling.

My Role

Led the rebrand project in collaboration with an external branding agency, defining positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.

1. Developed the marketing strategy for the spa, including digital, PR, and on-site activity.

2. Oversaw the creation of brand assets, photography, and video to showcase the spa environment and treatments.

3. Built and managed content across web, social, and email to introduce the new brand and drive enquiries.

4. Worked with operations and therapists to ensure brand experience was consistently reflected across guest touch points.
